Sara’s home town of Texel is a testament to natural Dutch beauty with stone, sandy beaches and lush greenery. We used location based materials such as flora, sandstone, and glass as well as materials linked to the ingredients. Rice oil is one of the ingredients and so we have used rice paper embedded with stone and sea shells. The dream-like aura of the island and the warmth of the sun which fuels the natural ingredients are reflected in the treatment of the images.
