ADIDAS/REEBOK CRM

Worked with the Ecomm & CRM teams within Adidas and Reebok, to conceptualise and produce digital content through the use of photography, animation or graphics which I then translated into online, mobile and desktop assets for final delivery. Here’s an example of one of the multi-level CRM strategies we ran going into 2018.

1-STRIPES ON THE GO

With the holidays around the corner, people are getting ready to go on vacation or fly back home. The perfect time to remind customers of our bags and accessories. Secondary links were also included linking to the most profitable categories, running shoes and jackets while the swimwear category was thrown in for good measure. Even though swimwear was the last category anyone had thought to include, it performed well due to its sale price and our consumer’s increasing willingness to escape harsh winters.

2 - CHILL OUT, YOU’VE EARNED IT

We all know how that last week of the year goes. We’ve eaten too much and as we lay on the couch and rewatch the same holiday programming we watch every year, we look back on all that we’ve accomplished…preferably in the comfort of our new Adidas hoodies and sweats!

3-BOOST INTO 2018

So you’ve thought about what you’ve accomplished, and now you’re possibly thinking of getting off that couch, and preparing yourself for what’s about to happen in a few days, the new year. The BOOST sole is Adidas’s flagship material so we used the top 2 BOOST products in the top 2 categories: casual and running, to hit a broader audience and energise BOOST footwear into 2018. The communication was designed with a hint of gamification so you can choose who you want to be.

4-NEW YEAR NEW GEAR

And now we’re back to business as usual. Football is a top category at Adidas so we planned on starting the year strong with communication that targeted multiple birds with one stone. The art had to be generic enough to cross-sell but specific enough to target footballers. We also included seasonal and functional references to let footballers know that we’ve got everything they need to get back on the field.

ADIDAS INFLUENCER PAGES

Adidas ambassadors (influencers) from around the world were invited to our offices to customise their own shoes which we then built custom pages for. This allowed them to provide a direct link to their followers of their experience and their creations. My involvement was the photography & page designs.

Fortunate to have worked project based with a number of different departments in various roles:


Icon desigN

The team required icons that were illustrated in detail with a 3D finish as they were refreshing the entire Philips TV icons set for their upcoming high-end models.

Product graphics & PACKAGING

Working with their in-house teams i helped design packaging, icons, patterns & color finishes for the Sonicare Toothbrush and several men’s shavers.
